Role Overview
Crafted beautiful human-centric experiences and collateral for both digital and non-digital touchpoints. Works included personas, journey maps, service blueprints, sketches, wireframes, research, and prototypes. Analyzed and applied research and analytics data to achieve desired outcomes, facilitated intake discussions and playbacks with stakeholders and sponsor users, led design thinking activity sessions for branch tools and home office systems/processes, and co-created on cross-functional teams in service design sprints for Operational Excellence.
Projects included extensive work with the Managing Partner’s Office designing a firm charitable giving platform, COVID-19 Relief Fund platform, and a financial literacy learning platform for underserved communities. Co-authored white paper on design thinking at Edward Jones for Executive and Management Committees.

Redesigning the MPO & Organizational Strategy Map
During a one-year appointment working with the Managing Partner’s Office, designed a wide array of collateral, including charts, graphs, slide decks, personas, user journeys, and prototypes.

Client Relationship Journey Service Blueprint
On a team of three, co-researched and -designed a comprehensive service blueprint for the firm’s Client Relationship Journey. The blueprint illustrates Edward Jones’s Goals-Based Approach changes to branch-facing tools, and how those changes impact Home Office processes and systems.

Axiom Design System Contributions
The firm worked with different consulting groups to merge three disparate design systems into one. I participated in this process in various capacities, from helping design the initial concepts of the Change Request Intake Flow as well as designing components. Here is one example:

COVID-19 Relief Fund
Lead Designer on a Design Thinking squad, I co-wrote the user story and designed personas, journey maps, and prototypes immediately after associates shifted to remote work and on a tight turnaround time. The fund was designed to support associates who fell on hard times during the pandemic.
