ABOUT
I’m an enterprise-level, Lead UX Designer with nine years experience in healthcare, financial services, and insurance.
I have an extensive background in design, and I’m a writer and editor. I attended the Iowa Writers’ Workshop for fiction, have taught writing composition and rhetoric at the university level for several years, and I manage a small literary arts magazine as a side passion project.
The work presented in my portfolio highlights a diverse skillset, including: UX design, strategic visioning, service design, strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, site auditing and mapping, and the application of various methodologies and frameworks such as Agile, Scrum, Lean, Kanban, Kaizen, Atomic, and IBM Enterprise Design Thinking.
